Oh mate, the pancakes at breakfast were a game-changer! I could've gone for seconds or even thirds! The staff were excellent too, calling us a taxi and even offering coffee at the crack of dawn. Top-notch service like that really sets the vibe high.

Nice hotel, but needs better soundproofing

The stay was pretty nice overall. The rooms were nice and spacious. The kids had a blast in the play area. we could hear everything from the neighboring room which totally messed up our sleep. Breakfast was decent, but some of it was cold which was a letdown. Still, loved the convenience of in-room breakfast!

I had a great stay and found the easy access to Eastleigh Lakeside Railway and Hocombe Mead perfect for my weekend strolls. it really made my trip enjoyable as I could explore peaceful areas without traveling far. The staff were friendly and my room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable to return to after a day out.
